Online Subscriber Exchanges
You Can Now Exchange Tickets Online! And Choose Your Own Seats!
We have been working hard to make exchanging your tickets even easier. Subscribers can exchange their
tickets online up to 2 hours prior to their performance. Try it out today! It's easy.
Follow the step-by-step guide on how to exchange subscription tickets online below.
- Visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/wst/ on your web browser.
- If you are on your desktop or tablet, select “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner.
If you are on your smartphone, select the person inside of the circle in the top right-hand corner.
- Click or tap "Tickets" at the top left. For smartphones, select the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner,
then select “Tickets.”
- Click or tap "Select Event" on the performance you need to exchange.
- Click or tap "Exchange."
- Select all tickets or the individual location you need to exchange and then select "Continue."
- Select your new event date and choose your new seat(s) and ticket type.
Your final price for the exchange will reflect in the last step of the process. This will include the
difference in actual ticket cost (if any), as well as the $4 per ticket exchange fee.
- Click or tap the Cart icon and then "Continue."
- Review the details of your exchange then click or tap "Submit."
- Select a delivery method and apply payment for the $4 per ticket exchange fee and upgrade (if necessary).
- Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.

Please Note: There is a small convenience fee to exchange tickets online.
If you choose a more expensive seat or date, you only pay the price difference
between your subscription seat and the new discount subscription seat you've chosen. Any
price difference will be charged when you make your exchange. There is no refund when
exchanging into a lower-priced performance, series, or seating section.
Please note: The Senior/Youth discount is not valid for any Friday or Saturday Evenings
or for Sunday Matinees. Special promotional prices are valid only on your original seats
and dates
