Ingénue Peggy Sawyer lands her first job in the chorus of a new Broadway show. When the star, Miss Dorothy Brock, has an accident, Peggy is given the chance of a lifetime. The amazing score includes "You're Getting to Be a Habit with Me," "Shuffle Off to Buffalo," "We're in the Money," "Lullaby of Broadway," and, of course, the show-stopping "42nd Street."
